      Description

I'm operating CiviCRM in multisite for a few WordPress instances (multisite for CiviCRM, not WP multisite). After upgrading from 4.6.10 to 4.6.11 and checking all the config settings on each site and confirming Outbound Email (SMTP/Sendmail) can send a test email, I thought I was in good shape.

I setup a small mailing for an upcoming event on one of the domains and sent it out, or at least I thought. Nothing actually got sent out. I checked the cron and everything looked good. I tried again on another domain for another bigger event and the same results:

I've been messing with this and looking to see if anybody else is having this issue but I haven't matched a similar problem. I'm poking around the database and trying to see what might have changed that is causing CiviMail to "simulate" successful mailings rather than reporting a problem (or just working).
