Chaining UI doesn't work in API explorer

            Description

            When you use the "Chain API Call" button in the API explorer, it adds a row for the chain parameters, but setting them doesn't do anything (the preview doesn't include the code, and it runs as if the chain isn't there).

            Doing a manual chain – using the Other option to manually type "api.contact.get" or whatever – works just fine both in the preview and running the API, so it should be just a UI problem with the API Explorer.
