incorrect member dates after completing a payment for a future membership

            Description

            If a membership is created as following:
            Member Start Date: Jan 31st, 2016
            Member End Date: Jan 30th, 2017
            Contribution Status: Pending

            This will create the membership fine with a pending membership status.

            Now admin/user comes to complete the payment for the membership today (18th Jan, 2016), the membership details will be updated as following:
            Member Start Date: Jan 18th, 2016
            Member End Date: Jan 17th, 2017
            Contribution Status: New

            However, the dates should not change even the payment is completed in advance.

            Also the member since date seems cannot be set to any future date which might be a bit of problem.
