Cannot edit address with certain geo coordinates

If you have specific double values stored in your address' geo_code_1 or geo_code_2 (longitude, latitude) fields that are more than 12 characters when serialised to a string, you will get a "Please enter no more than 12 characters" error when editing the address. That happens even if you don't touch the geo data, meaning that you cannot edit such an address at all until you manually truncate those values.
