Admin / Backend user should get a warning if matching contact is in Trash

            Description

            Currently, if a New Individual is created, and if a matching contact is in Trash, there is no indication to the user that a matching contact is in trash. I think it would be good to notify that such a match exists. Since an admin user gets warnings when possible matches exist, it seems like it would be good practice to also warn admin if a matching contact is in Trash
