Rationale

Contribution fields were exposed in the "Select fields to Export" when exporting CONTACT records (Find Contacts / Advanced Search / Search Builder). However, this functionality never handled multiple contribution records per contact (only the "first" contribution record was exported).
Implementation
--------------------
Remove "Contribution" fields from Contact Export selector. All contribution fields can be exported for 1 or multiple records using CiviContribute >> Find Contributions >> Export functionality.
