Description
in 4.7.0 it is not possible to disable some (maybe all) menu items. to reproduce:
- go to administer > customize > navigation menu
- edit an item and disable it
- save and click to rebuild/reload the menu
the menu item is still visible. if you revisit the menu item it has been re-enabled.
this is a regression bug. in 4.6.11 you can disable successfully.
