      Description

I'm running into some issues with creating Event Templates and using the "From Template" option. I did a little digging around and it sounds like this issue was brought up in the past (Civi 4.5.4):

      http://civicrm.stackexchange.com/questions/2207/cant-create-a-new-event-template-from-an-existing-event-template

When using Event Templates (Events -> Event Templates):

      1. Click Add Event Template
      2. Click "From Template" and select one of our existing event templates. When A Template is selected the Event Template block reloads as a New Event with Start Date and End Date entry options.
      3. If I reload the page the Template option resets and it provides the usual options to create a new, blank Template.
      4. This is where it gets a little weird. I found this by accident, but if I click "Back" and then "Forward" after selecting a Template (and having the Template form turn into an Event), it shows up properly as an Event Template again. But, I lose any information listed in my original Template's "Complete Description" field.

I'm currently using Drupal 7.41 with Civi 4.6.10. This behavior happens in both Chrome and Firefox. I haven't tested it with Safari or Internet Explorer.
