MySQL error on "CREATE TEMPORARY TABLE civicrm_temp_group_contact_cache"

            Description

            Sorry to post on an old bug. It looked like something major was happening. https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-9493

            I came across a failed upgrade from 4.6.10 to 4.7.1 on Joomla 3.4.8 with this backtrace that appears to hit this bug. http://pastebin.com/KajmZuC1

            Not sure what to do about this as I am getting just white screen of death both front and back ends. Will reinstalling 4.7.1 over itself fix it?
