Groups with 3rd tier nesting display group name as "undefined" on "Manage Groups" page

            Description

            Groups with more than two levels of nesting, ie:

            Parent Group (A)
            -> Child Group (B)
            --> --> Sub Child Group (C1)
            --> --> Sub Child Group (C2)

            Display the Child Group (B) name as "undefined" on the Mange Groups page. https://yoursite.org/civicrm/group?reset=1

            Bug replicated on the sandbox.
