Participant Listing Report: total paid doubled when multiple fee options selected

• create an event price set. create a checkbox field with two price options
• create an event and assign the price set to it
• register someone for the event
• make sure the contribution is marked completed
• view the participant list report and expose the total paid and balance column

observe that the amount in the total paid column is twice the actual amount paid.
