Inconsitencies and improvements in Contact_Relationship report

The Contact_Relationship report contains several inconsistencies:

• the Contact ID field is not name Contact ID (Contact A)
• the Contact ID (Contact B) field is missing
• for the same field, the labels in the columns and filters tabs is not the same
• Relationship ID is abbreviated Rel ID (all other fields fully spelled)
• the main address fields for contacts A and B are missing (nicely complement email and phone fields)
• the Relationship Note field is missing (all other relationship fields are there)
• the order of the filter criteria is not consistent with other reports
• the order of the columns on the report is not the same as in the 'columns' tab, which brings confusion (for example the phone field for contact A appears after contact B, so people think this is the phone for contact B)
