Error in call to Mailing_send_test

            Description

            When reusing a message we get the following two symptoms when attempting to send a test email.

            1. The email is stuck saying estimating rather than giving the number of emails that will be sent.

            2. The following error is given.
            "Error in call to Mailing_send_test : Error in call to MailingJob_create : DB Constraint Violation - possibly mailing_id should possibly be marked as mandatory for this API. If so, please raise a bug report"
