smart group creation problem on custom fields range

            Description

            If I search for contacts with money custom field x <=500 I get 157 results. However if I create a smart group there are only 3 members. It turns out the <= is being converted to an '=' when I create a smart group.

            (NB the field I'm using is the Total Lifetime Contributions field created by the summary fields extension)
