Description
I'm on CiviCRM 1.6.8073. I am setting up memberships.
On the configuration area, with Custom Page Elements there are two options: top of page and bottom of page. However, I've found that it doesn't make a difference which one of these I put my profile on; it always displays on the bottom of the page.
Is this a bug?
