CiviEvent Locations Not Displaying in Multisite

I am running a multisite installation of Civi on a Wordpress multisite. On site #1, when viewing a CiviEvent event, the location appears as expected.

When viewing events on the 2nd site, the event appears as normal, except that the location does not appear at all. This is a big problem when using CiviEvent as a public events calendar.

I can't find any settings in CiviCRM at all which would cause the date to be hidden. The "show event location" is checked, so it should be showing. Further, viewing the same exact event on the 1st site and the 2nd site yields the same result: the location shows on the first site, but not on the second.
