Search / Advanced Search by Type or Tag Not Working on 4.6.13

We've confirmed in 4 different client installs running 4.6.13 that searching by Type or Tag does not work in Find Contacts or Advanced Search.Specifically:

• searching by any contact types returns all contact types;
• searching by any tag returns no contacts.

This was tested on Joomla and WrodPress sites. Search builder works as expected.

I have not tested it on a Drupal site yet. I did test it on the demo 4.7 sites and did not observe this behavior, and did not observe this behavior on our 4.6.12 sites.
