Re-using a sent mailing will include disabled recipient groups

If you re-use a sent mailing and it was sent to a group of recipients which has since been disabled, the group will not show on the compose mail screen. The contacts will however receive the email, and it will appear on the report.

Either the mailing compose screen should show the disabled group (so it can be deleted manually), or the sending mechanism should not send to members of disabled groups.
