Description
The Administer menu is getting big and crowded. Allowing each section to be collapsible would be helpful. Additional considerations would be the default state (collapsed or expanded), if each section should have a default state, and if it should remember the last state.
If anything beyond a default state for all sections is desired (if that), I would suggest storing the state in a browser cookie.
