Filtering group contacts by status "removed" doesn't work

      Description

      Note: I realize 4.6.12 is not the latest verison, but since the demo is 4.7 I can't test on the latest 4.6 at the moment.

      When viewing contacts in a group, filtering on the Status checkboxes (Added/Removed/Pending) does not seem to work. "Added" shows active group members, "Removed" shows both active AND removed.

      This is important because it is the only way to search for people removed from a group, to ensure you don't re-add them to the group.

      To reproduce:

      1) Remove someone from a group that contains at least 1 other contact
      2) Go to Manage Groups
      3) Click "Contacts" next to the group
      4) Click "Find contacts within this group"
      5) Clear the "Added" checkbox and check "Removed"
      6) Click Search

      The expected behavior is you would see only contacts removed from the group. The actual behavior is that you see contacts which are added AND removed.
