DB Error when Exporting Contact Using "Merge Household" and "Select fields" Options

            Description

            This is related to CRM-18114 which only partially fixed the original problem. CRM-18114 fixed it for the "Export PRIMARY fields" option but not for the "Select fields for export" option.

            It fails with 4.7.3 on our test site and with 4.7.4 on the WordPress demo site.
