Skip _bak & _backup tables when generating log tables & triggers

            Description

            Quite a few times I've seen trigger creation fail on temporary back up tables. It seems a pretty common convention to back up a table before some operation by creating a table like

            civicrm_address_bak

            OR
            civicrm_address_backup

            conversely we have no tables that match that in CiviCRM and it seems unlikely we would. I propose excluding those 2 suffixes from the log files
