Contribution Queries - Multiple Notes Causes Duplicate Rows in Search Results

            Description

            Altho we don't currently support more than 1 note per contribution record, Lobo felt we should still fix this query.

            To recreate the problem -

            • Add a contribution with a note
            • Now insert a second note record for THAT contribution via MySQL
            • Go to CiviContribute dashboard

            The contribution is listed twice (assuming you created it w/ current date, so it's in the selection set).
