Print PDF letters inserts blank line when a token has a null value

            Description

            Printing PDF letters does not skip tokens which are null leaving a blank line. (Mailing labels work correctly.)

            Example is address with <contact.street_address> and <contact.supplemental_address_1>. If the supplemental address is null/blank, a blank line is inserted into the address list.
