Description
Add the following metrics to the pingbacks:
- # emails sent with CiviCRM or CiviMail (Josh's request)
- Country as set in the country field on this page: http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/domain?action=update&reset=1 (Michael's request)
Note that this requires an update to the stats database schema and stats collection code as well as the in app ping back code.
