dmaster: Contacts with activities cannot be merged

            Description

            When merging contacts, if either contact has any activities, the contact cannot be merged.

            When trying to merge the following error is displayed:

            'Contact Deleted by Merge' is not a valid option for field activity_type_id

            I think this activity type was added by the upgrade process for 4.7.4 - did that somehow get missed for dmaster?
