Description
Online contributions using the PayPal Standard payment processor in test mode encounter an error during IPN processing and never complete. The test contribution record remains Pending (Incomplete Transaction) even though the PayPal test transaction was successful. The following message is written to the log file:
Could not find payment processor for contribution record: NNNN
I have identified a solution and will submit a PR.
