            Description

            As a result of https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-18106 an activity is created when merging contacts if delete to trash is off - per http://civicrm.stackexchange.com/questions/10710/invalid-contact-id-displayed-after-merge

            We need an extra check & an extra test for this
