Metatag canonicals are broken, query string is added

            Description

            The issue came up in CRM-16495, where it was partially fixed.

            Our site adds a query string to each Drupal node URL which is included into emails sent by CiviMail. The query string includes details for Google Analyitics.

            After applying the patch in that linked issue (thank you!), the query string generated for URLs of Drupal pages sent in Civi mailings, is still getting stored in Drupal's cache_metatag. As a result, our site is outputting canonical links with query strings attached, only for items whose URLs have been included in CiviMail mailings.
