Contact "source" gets overriden when processing a backend contribution

How to reproduce:

• go to a contact record (in the civicrm backend)
• edit the contact "source" field, set it to "test"
• process a contribution using the dummy payment processor

Result: the contact source is now "Submit Credit Card Payment by: admin@example.com"

Expected result: contact.source should not be changed.
