Custom date field default value not set on "On Behalf of" Profiles

Steps to reproduce issue

Create Date Custom Field (of contact)
added custom date field in on-behalf of profile
set this profile in online page (Allow individuals to contribute and / or signup for membership on behalf of an organization)
Create Employee Relationship between logged in contact and organization with permission to update organization contact details
go to organization contact , update date custom field

Now goto line page, and select organization, custom date no set

default value for custom date not working because of changes made for CRM-15804 (modified display element name by adding random string at end )
