Views 'Text link' does not set default option correctly

This goes for all the 'text link' handlers.

• The link 'type' default is not set correctly so if edited and saved it will take on the wrong value
• The dependency on the 'custom link' field is also incorrect
• Having a default text link of 'View x' is dangerous because it doesn't change automatically if the option becomes 'Delete x'. So I propose removing the default
