can't edit 'Details' field in custom activity types with custom fields in cases

      Description

      Where a custom activity type is created that includes custom fields, and which is used in cases, once text has been entered into the 'Details' field of the activity record, it cannot be edited.

      The user can edit the activity and change or add to the content in the Details field, but when the changes are saved, the content of the Details field remains unaltered.

      We've come across this in a production site currently running 4.6.11, and I've just been able to repeat the problem on the d46 demo site (running 4.6.16)

      I was not able to replicate the issue of the 4.7 demo site.
