Advanced Search, section Mailings is not set up as opened

User story:

• I'd like to search contacts by including them in mailings
• I open section Mailings and fill out field Mailing Name(s)
• I click on button Search
• Page reloads and returns expected list of contacts but...
• Section Mailings is closed
• When I run a action on selected contacts (Groups - add contacts) I receive full list of contacts (without criteria in Mailings)

Proposal for solution:
Table used in CRM_Contact_BAO_Query-> openedSearchPanes() is too restrictive.

Solution is to use civicrm_mailing_event_queue instead of civicrm_mailing
