On changing payment processor selection on Contribution page, disable submit button

            Description

            Steps to replicate:

            1. Configure contribution page with more then one payment processor (except paypal express)
              (say AuthoriseNet and Dummy processor)
            2. Go to registration page and change any other payment processor
            3. Confirm button got disabled
