Inaccurate recurring text

            Description

            When choosing recurring payments the text on the confirm page says

            "Your initial contribution will be processed once you complete the confirmation step. You will be able to cancel the recurring contribution by visiting the web page link that will be included in your receipt."

            Only some payment processors support cancel links. We should remove that part or add it based on information from the payment processor - we do get that information on other forms - ie. https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/626505ab2be54bf0df47133bab49d171cf825540/CRM/Contribute/BAO/Contribution.php#L2956-2956
