New event wizard calendar widget fills in end date instead of start date

            Description

            Using MSIE 7 on Demo the following bugs happen:

            First bug:
            Click on the calendar icon under start date/time to bring up the calendar widget.
            Make the selection in the widget and clicking on the day fills in the end date, NOT the start date.
            Also, the minutes are left blank instead of being filled in.

            Second bug:
            Click on the calendar icon under the end date/time and nothing happens. The calendar widget doesn't pop up.
