Description
Is working in 4.4.11 and 4.5.11
to reproduce bug:
open api explorer in demo site dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civivrm/api#explorer
select Contact-Get or add parameter contact id = '155'
fields to return primary address id (optional)
click get
in all contacts the address id is empty
only way to get it now is to chain API call to address.
