When creating a report from the 'all reports' put the creator's name into the title

The All Reports page now offers a bunch of actions. When you choose 'copy' it creates a copy of the report. In this flow there is no dialog box for the title & the chosen title is 'Copy of Contribution Detail report'. This can be easily edited, but a more informative default would include the creator's name. I have a patch for this proposal
