Description
Right now the only place that opens, click throughs, and other email actions are recorded is in the report for each CiviMail that's sent out. If these actions were recorded as activities on a contact record, they could be searched for, and Smart Groups and mailing lists could be created from them. This would allow organizations to target emails to contacts that are more likely to click a link for an advocacy ask, or to more easily create sunset policies on contacts that never open emails, as examples.
Alternatively, these email actions (opens, clickthroughs, etc.) could be added to the Advanced Search screen in it's own section. This would probably accomplish the same end goal.
