Enabling CiviCase component in Joomla not possible

            Description

            System:

            • up to date Debian stable (Jessie) Apache 2.4 Mysql 5.5 Php 5.6
            • Joomla 3.5.1
            • CiviCRM 4.7.7 and CiviCRM 4.6.16

            Impossible to activate the CiviCase component on an up to date 3.5.1 Joomla system.

            On a clean Joomla 3.5..1 install, installed the unzipped 4.7.7 file via the backend folder /tmp/com-civicrm.

            Administer -> System Settings -> Components -> CiviCase -> Enable -> Save.

            A blank screen appears, with the following url:
            http://webste.nl/administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/component

            This also applies to 4.6.16 for Joomla
