Description
1) When you create an Authorize.net payment processor, it prepopulates the URL fields correctly but when you save it changes the test URL to the live URL.
2) When you update an existing Authorize.net payment processor it updates the test URLs to the live URLs.
I recreated this on the demo sites and it appears to be CMS independent as it happens on all three (Drupal, Joomla, and Wordpress).
