CiviEvent - Add a option to hide location on Event Info Page

Options to Hide the Event Location for Event Info page, and/or Event Registration (and Confirmation), and/or Event Thank-you, and/or Email Confirmation/Receipt.

1. Add a field 'show_location' boolean in civicrm_event_page.
2. Add a checkbox on Event Location page.
3. So if show_location is true show location and else hide location from Event Info, Event Registration, Confirmation, Thank-you, and Email Confirmation/Receipt.
