SMS activity requires mobile phone to be set as primary

      Description

      If you perform a search, select one or more contacts, choose the "Send SMS contacts" action, then you will get a proper form allowing you to compose an SMS.

      However, if you compose an SMS message with no tokens and click send, it will fail to send to any contact that does not have their mobile phone set as their primary phone.
