Description
Since the introduction of 4.7alpha1 country names are stored in uppercase in the table civicrm_country. According to the Administrator's Guide CiviCRM is using ISO 3166-1 compliant names, so this is not ideal.
Since the transiflex-files are still in regular case this breaks all existing country translations, which has been reported as a bug previously.
This effect can be reproduced on dmaster demo.
I would like to argue, that if uppercase country names are required somewhere, that this should be done at that view level and not at the database level.
