group descriptions no longer included when listing in profiles

somewhere along the line in either 4.5 or 4.6, group descriptions were removed from profile views (they were included in 4.4). the descriptions are often quite useful when presenting publicly visible groups for people to select. I'm not sure if this removal was intentional or an oversight.

if we agree it should be restored, I can provide a PR.

to reproduce:

1. create a group with a description and public visibility
2. add groups field to a profile
3. view the profile in create or edit mode

you expect to see the description listed underneath the group title, but do not.
