Import to Custom Fields

Allow Import of all 'active' custom fields in groups that extend Contact Individual OR Any Contact Type.

• Add these custom fields to Map Fields drop-down list. Fields should be displayed in <select> as "Group Name: Field Name". Example: "Voter Registration: Precinct Number"

• Import data should be validated based on custom field data_type.

• Implement insert/update logic via extension of Contact API(s)
