Can't delete an import/export mapping

            Description

            When deleting an Import/Export Mapping, a confirmation message appears with the message: "WARNING : Are you sure you want to delete <Mapping Name>? This action can not be undone." When you press the Delete button, the window freezes and nothing happens. The mapping is not deleted.

            To recreate on the Demo:
            1. On the CiviCRM Adminstration page, go to Import/Export Mappings
            2. Click the delete link for a mapping
