option values with commas are unsearchable

to reproduce:

• create a custom data set and field for contacts using the multi-select field type. create at least one option where the value has a comma
• edit a contact and select the comma-value for this field
• create a profile and add this field. set it to be searchable.
• view the profile in search mode and attempt to search on the comma value

no results will be returned. additionally, if you try to search for that value via advanced search, no results will be returned. if you search with search builder, it does return results (likely because it uses a more straightforward sql statement).
