Description
Offline membership on the fly contact creation doesn't enable 'send confirmation receipt' checkbox.
1) Visit the offline membership form
2) For field 'contact' create a contact by 'new individual' form
3) proceed further and check on 'record membership payment'
4) you will not be able to see 'send confirmation receipt' checkbox.
